Cameras can be set up individually for: record rates, picture quality, picture resolution, motion detection and full/motion recording. Total frame rate for recording is divided over number of cameras. By setting some cameras below 15fps you can set other cameras to something higher

Can output to standard VGA monitor for higher resolution and lower costs
